A little birdie reports that Jay Foster, the genius chef of southern-style cuisine and owner of Farmer Brown (one of my all-time fav joints in the city) and Little Skillet, may be opening up a new culinary venture on Geary Blvd. in the Fillmore/Japantown called The Library.
High on the Hog
