Popular street food vendor Onigilly has morphed from a single food cart, selling rice balls and other treats at Justin Herman Plaza, into its own brick-and-mortar restaurant in the Financial District.
I will readily admit that I am a horrible sushi snob. I critique every piece of sushi, every grain of rice, every slice of seafood. If there is something missing, I duly take note. But I always like to try out different places to experience my options. And my latest venture is Ki in SOMA, which opened in May.
Sundays are so depressing. The weekend is over and five full days of cubicle time lurk ahead. A few Sundays ago, my hubby and I decided to say screw it to our pre-week blues and commemorate Sunday night instead of mourning it. We headed downtown to try out Ozumo‘s new Sunday-only prix fixe menu. Four courses later, it was a pretty serious celebration.
