In July, the team from Absinthe Brasserie & Bar spent a week in New York, including serving up dinner at the acclaimed James Beard House. Executive Chef Adam Keough then spent the following week in France. And both have offered a bit of inspiration.
So beginning on Wednesday, September 5, Absinthe will be offering a three-course prix-fixe meal featuring some of his favorite dishes from the James Beard dinner. The cost is $65 per person with wine pairings available for an additional $36. A look at the menu below:

All the dishes will be offered a la carte as well and Absinthe’s regular menu will also be available. The special will be offered through Saturday, September 8.
From Wednesday, September 12 through Saturday, September 15, Keough will be offering a three-course prix-fixe meal inspired by his stage at Les Prés d’Eugénie and his travels in France. The cost is $55 per person, wine pairings for an additional $30.
