Top Wineries to be Honored in San Francisco

Wine & Spirits Magazine will once again be honoring the top 100 wineries across the country at the 8th Annual Top 100 event in San Francisco.

The “Wineries of the Year” are producers that delivered the best overall performances in the magazine’s tastings conducted over the last year.

In addition to wine, Wine & Spirits editors have also selected the “New and Notable Restaurants and Bars in the Bay Area.” Included in the list are Jasper’s, Boxing Room, Txoko, Dosa’s new bar, Alexander’s Steakhouse, Piccino and Leopold’s.

Each will be part of the gala, serving up some of their signature dishes. Guests will also be able to enjoy special treats from other local purveyors like Hog Island Oysters, Barefoot Coffee and Socola Chocolates.

The event benefits San Francisco Baykeeper, an organization that works to protect and enhance the water quality of the San Francisco Bay for the benefit of its ecosystem and human communities.
